About the position

The Lead Application Security Engineer will serve as a key consultant, providing expertise in developing and influencing initiatives for complex business and technical needs within Engineering. This role involves strategic engagement with client personnel and delivering innovative solutions to unique challenges, requiring advanced analytical skills and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional Engineer certification
• Experience with Application Security
• 10 years of experience in Cloud technologies, preferably Azure
• Familiarity with ServiceNow
