About the position

The Lead/Architect Salesforce Developer role is a senior position focused on leading and architecting Salesforce solutions. The candidate will be responsible for deploying, developing, and designing Salesforce applications, with a strong emphasis on CPQ and Pardot. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce technologies and a proven track record of successful project implementations in Sales and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
• Deploy and develop Salesforce applications according to business requirements.
• Set up and configure Salesforce Omni Channel.
• Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ and Pardot functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven leadership experience in managing Salesforce projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment, development, and design.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Pardot.
• Experience with Sales and Service Cloud in at least 2 projects.
• Familiarity with Amazon Connect integration with Salesforce.
