Lead Associate, Footwear PT

About the position

The Lead Associate, Footwear at Under Armour is responsible for driving footwear sales and providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers. This role involves coaching teammates, maintaining store presentation, and fulfilling omnichannel orders, all while embodying the brand's values and commitment to innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that is unique to Under Armour
• Suggest the right footwear based on customer needs
• Coach fellow teammates on footwear products and best-selling practices
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store
• Assist in fulfilling omnichannel orders
• Complete omni-channel requests for athletes
• Promote core & seasonal products to athletes
• Model the Under Armour service culture and exceed customer expectations
• Maintain merchandising standards and support execution of floorsets
• Perform operational and cash processes in line with company guidelines
• Collaborate with teammates to meet or exceed store goals

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• 1-year previous retail experience
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
