About the position

The Lead Associate, Footwear at Under Armour is responsible for driving footwear sales and providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers. This part-time role involves coaching teammates, maintaining store presentation, and fulfilling omnichannel orders, all while embodying the brand's values and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that is unique to Under Armour
• Suggest the right footwear based on customer needs
• Coach fellow teammates on footwear products and best-selling practices
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store
• Assist in fulfilling omnichannel orders
• Complete omni-channel requests for athletes
• Promote core & seasonal products to athletes
• Provide feedback on store operations to the Store Leadership
• Maintain merchandising standards and support execution of floorsets
• Operate within UA policies and procedures
• Collaborate with teammates to meet or exceed store goals

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• 1-year previous retail experience
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
