We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to join our team as Lead Associate Marketing Rx (Prescription) to help develop and execute marketing and product management strategies for assigned in-line generic prescription products. This role is crucial in driving business growth, maximizing product performance, and achieving revenue, profit, and market share goals. The successful candidate will have a meaningful impact on the business performance of North America Generics, contributing to the overall mission of Dr. Reddy's to make healthcare solutions accessible and effective. In this position, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies by analyzing the external environment, market trends, and customer behavior. This analysis will enable you to produce accurate forecasts for both new and existing products, and you will provide essential inputs to the Supply Chain for effective supply planning. You will lead product growth program development in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring that business growth targets are met and that revenue, profit, and market share objectives are achieved for the assigned portfolio. Post-launch, you will manage the assigned products by tracking sales performance, forecasting demand, allocating inventory, and making necessary adjustments to production and pricing. Conducting secondary research on products, customers, competitors, and therapeutic risks will be a key part of your role, as will monitoring FDA regulations and industry developments. You will generate data-based reports to inform decisions on product management and new product selection, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market. Additionally, you will review product pricing against market pricing and recent price changes for assigned products, making adjustments as required. Collaborating with various groups to review and agree on new prices will be essential to ensure viable and profitable pricing of assigned Rx products.
