About the position
The Lead Bartender at Mirage Knoxville is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant and positive atmosphere. This role involves working in a family-owned establishment located in downtown Knoxville, where the focus is on ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. The position can be either part-time or full-time, catering to various shifts including night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Ensure a clean and organized bar area.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise junior bartenders and bar staff.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
