About the position

The Lead BI/Tableau Developer will be responsible for establishing a Global Centre of Excellence focused on creating and maintaining sophisticated dashboards that provide significant business value. This role involves leading a team of BI experts to develop best practice guidelines and a consistent design style for dashboards across the organization. The position emphasizes building analytics centered around the end user, ensuring insights are clear and actionable, and consolidating reporting for a global view where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain business-critical dashboards with significant business value.
• Establish business-wide best practice guidelines for dashboard design and usage.
• Lead a team of BI experts in complex dataset manipulation and dashboard development.
• Ensure alignment of reporting and analytics for a single global view.
• Foster relationships across all levels of seniority internally and externally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in data and analytics.
• Exposure to Tableau (Desktop and Server/Online/Cloud).
• Proven understanding of programming languages such as SQL and Python.
• Ability to align teams behind a shared vision in a data-driven landscape.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau Prep, AWS/GCP is highly desirable.
• Detailed understanding of Tableau deployment and integration as a BI tool.
• Tableau Certification is desirable.
