Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing patient care and behavioral therapy using applied behavior analysis techniques. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs. You will implement and monitor these plans to improve patient outcomes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations is essential, as is providing training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in patient care. Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a BCBA.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
