About the position

The Lead Brand Ambassador will serve as the face of a retail smart shopping brand, promoting an innovative AI-powered shopping tool at a local grocery store. This role focuses on enhancing the in-store and online shopping experience for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their shopping journey. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that combines technology with customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers as they enter the store and demonstrating how the products work.
  • Assisting customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure a smooth and seamless journey from onboarding to checkout.
  • Acting as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they arise.
  • Gathering feedback from customers and reporting on their experience.

Requirements

  • Friendly and personable demeanor with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and store staff.
  • Willingness to go out of your way to help customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve on the spot as issues arise.
  • Ambitious and sales-driven, with a willingness to grow at a small technology start-up.

Nice-to-haves
