About the position

The Lead Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in executing annual events and retail warehouse appointment setting and lead generation plans within a designated region. This position involves logistical arrangements for events, representing the company at various venues, and collaborating with leadership to achieve targeted key performance indicators (KPIs). The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to build local networks, and a commitment to customer acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and tear down shows and events, ensuring all materials are delivered and installed appropriately.
  • Represent Marvin Replacement at shows, events, and retail warehouses, setting leads with prospective homeowner customers.
  • Assist in evaluating marketing performance efforts and recommend changes to improve appointment setting performance.
  • Document activities for internal evaluation purposes.
  • Partner with the leadership team to build the event calendar planning and budgeting.
  • Build relationships with local retail warehouse leaders.
  • Coordinate schedules and staffing of Brand Ambassadors, recruiting and training both employees and contractors.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver targeted KPIs, including customer acquisition cost, labor costs, and lead targets.

Requirements

  • Prior experience coordinating show or event workers in the home improvement industry.
  • Ability to make decisions and take action within their span of control.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and push large displays weighing 75 pounds on wheels.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and set up/tear down up to two shows per day, involving significant physical activity.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
  • Ability to consistently work all weekends, with few exceptions.
