About the position

The Lead Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in executing annual events and neighborhood appointment setting plans within a designated region. This position involves hands-on responsibilities in the field, including setting up and tearing down displays at shows and events, assisting with staffing and training Brand Ambassador employees and contractors, and representing the company to generate leads with prospective homeowners. Success in this role requires strong local leadership, proactivity, and the ability to coordinate effectively across the organization to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and tear down shows and events, ensuring all materials are delivered and installed appropriately.
  • Represent Infinity from Marvin at shows and events, generating leads with prospective homeowner customers.
  • Assist the Field Marketing Manager in evaluating marketing performance and recommending changes to improve attendance and appointment setting.
  • Document appointment setting activities for internal evaluation purposes.
  • Coordinate schedules and staffing of shows and events with Brand Ambassadors.
  • Recruit and train Brand Ambassadors, including employees and contractors as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to meet targeted metrics for shows and events, such as customer acquisition costs and lead targets.
  • Drive company vehicle or own vehicle as required.

Requirements

  • Prior experience coordinating show or event workers in the home improvement industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to set up and tear down up to two shows per day, involving significant physical activity.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a bias for action.
  • Ability to build strong local networks and relationships.
  • Organized and planful approach to work.
  • Availability to work all weekends, with few exceptions.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and push large displays weighing 75 pounds on wheels.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel within the market/region.
