About the position

The Lead Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in executing annual events and retail warehouse appointment setting and lead generation plans for the assigned region. This position involves logistical arrangements for events, representing Marvin Replacement at various venues, and collaborating with leadership to achieve targeted KPIs related to customer acquisition and marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and tear down shows and events.
  • Make logistical arrangements for events, ensuring materials are delivered and installed appropriately.
  • Represent Marvin Replacement at shows, events, and retail warehouses.
  • Set leads with prospective homeowner customers.
  • Assist in evaluating marketing performance efforts and recommend changes to improve performance.
  • Document activities for internal evaluation purposes.
  • Partner with leadership to build the event calendar and budget.
  • Build relationships with local retail warehouse leaders.
  • Coordinate schedules and staffing of Brand Ambassadors.
  • Recruit and train Brand Ambassadors, including employees and contractors.
  • Travel regularly to multiple appointment setting locations within the assigned market or region.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver targeted KPIs, including customer acquisition cost and lead targets.

Requirements

  • Prior experience coordinating show or event workers in the home improvement industry.
  • Ability to make decisions and take action within their span of control.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and push large displays weighing 75 pounds on wheels.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and set up/tear down shows, which may include over an hour of physical activity.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
  • Ability to consistently work all weekends, with few exceptions.
