About the position

The Lead Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in executing annual events and retail warehouse appointment setting and lead generation plans within a designated region. This position involves logistical arrangements for events, representing the company at various venues, and collaborating with leadership to achieve targeted marketing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and tear down shows and events, ensuring all materials are delivered and installed appropriately.
  • Represent Marvin Replacement at shows, events, and retail warehouses, setting leads with prospective homeowner customers.
  • Assist in evaluating marketing performance efforts and recommend changes to improve appointment setting performance.
  • Document activities for internal evaluation purposes.
  • Partner with the leadership team to build the event calendar planning and budgeting.
  • Build relationships with local retail warehouse leaders.
  • Coordinate schedules and staffing of Brand Ambassadors, recruiting and training both employees and contractors.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver targeted KPIs, including customer acquisition cost, labor costs, and lead targets.

Requirements

  • Prior experience coordinating show or event workers in the home improvement industry.
  • Ability to make decisions and take action within their span of control.
  • Strong ability to build local networks and relationships.
  • Organized and planful approach to tasks.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and push large displays weighing 75 pounds on wheels.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and setup/tear down up to two shows per day.
