About the position

The Lead Budtender at Mr. Greens is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cannabis store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the sales team during assigned shifts. This role requires a strong leader with prior budtending experience who can maintain compliance, drive sales, and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned shift, managing break schedules and compliance monitoring.
• Take and fill guest orders quickly and courteously.
• Answer guest questions and provide product suggestions based on their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in the shop.
• Work on the sales floor and at the register as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of experience as a Lead Budtender or in a similar role.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment such as retail, bar, or restaurant.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work varied days and shifts, including weekends and nights.
