The Lead Business Analysis position at AT&T involves managing the requirements process by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. This senior-level position requires deep technical knowledge and expertise in requirements management, SDLC, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate project requirements for new applications or enhancements.
• Understand business issues and needs to translate them into requirements for overall solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end requirements process using appropriate tools and approaches.
• Conduct peer reviews and assist clients in assessing the impact of new technologies.
• Support cost/benefit estimates and create ITO VPMO requests for additional capacity or hardware.
• Prepare requirements packages and manage requirements traceability changes.
• Review final technical designs and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Participate across the project lifecycle to ensure requirements meet stakeholder specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• Expertise in SDLC, business processes, applications, and systems.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in RFP development and technical evaluation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Technical Career Pathway (TCP) roles.
