About the position

The Lead Business Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing business processes and systems within the organization. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for driving tasks to completion independently while collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze business processes and systems.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
• Define business process maps, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Systems Engineering, or related field; or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to project teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in integrated environments.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFE).
• Experience with Project Life Cycle Management (PLM) artifacts.
• Proficient in troubleshooting information systems and desktop applications.
• Familiarity with Business Analyst tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Windows and Windows Server operating systems.
• Incident response expertise and vendor liaison experience.
• Familiarity with incident reporting applications like ServiceNow.
