Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.
• Analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements, and suggest solutions.
• Participate and facilitate walkthroughs to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.
• Prepare and/or aid in the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements.
• Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
