About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant who will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute various programs and initiatives. This role involves driving accountability for assigned initiatives, assessing business performance, and developing solutions to complex issues. The consultant will collaborate with team members and leaders to influence strategic initiatives and guide less experienced staff, ensuring effective execution of business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
  • Demonstrated relevant experience with hands on experience creating requirements documentation, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Candidates with Commercial Banking, Investment Banking experience
  • Product Manager, Product Owner, BA, Product Specialist, Project Management.
  • Moderate knowledge in SQL queries. Knowledge in Any programming (C, C++, Java, .NET, Python), Agile methodology, SDLC.
  • PSPO/ CSPO Certifications.
  • Previous experience with Distribution Finance/Global Receivable Trade/Capital Finance/AIMS would be great, but I know will be hard to find.
