Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant/Product Owner for the Escalated Complaints Safety Net suite of data science models and processes. This role is crucial in directly improving customer experiences and reducing the Enterprise's costs associated with high-risk complaints. The position is part of the highly visible and mature Automated Complaints and Enterprise Solutions (ACES) team, which operates within the Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA) Voice of Customer Advanced Listening (VoCAL) organization. As a Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will collaborate and consult with Business and Data Science leaders to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring that the organization meets its goals effectively and efficiently. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives. You will be responsible for driving accountability for assigned initiatives, limiting risk exposure, and creating efficiencies as appropriate. Your responsibilities will include reviewing strategic approaches and assessing the effectiveness of support functions and business performance. You will perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. Additionally, you will make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations that require a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products. You will facilitate decision-making and issue resolution while supporting the implementation of developed solutions and plans. A key aspect of your role will be to influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
