About the position

The Lead Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst at Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology plays a crucial role in driving strategic growth and enhancing operational efficiency within the organization. This position involves collaborating with senior leaders and engineering teams to standardize workflows, improve communication, and provide data-driven solutions that support the deployment of projects and execution of strategies. The analyst will also facilitate agile methodologies and develop training sessions to enrich the skills of new hires, ensuring seamless operations across various technology studios.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between senior leaders within PDE for ongoing strategic team operations, standardizing workflows and onboarding practices.
• Establish clear internal communication hierarchies and systems/templates for inter-departmental procedural clarity.
• Provide data-driven, procedural solutions to drive intelligence on the health of services, deployments, and releases.
• Partner closely across Engineering teams to build innovative systems and improve deliverable efficiency.
• Act as a credible and reliable advisor on strategy and planning, supporting executives on diverse problems and executing action plans.
• Facilitate agile methodologies and introduce Engineering-driven problem-solving sessions to encourage creativity.
• Develop internal training sessions and manage onboarding practices for new hires.
• Plan and manage all-hands events, off-sites, and other leadership communications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of related experience.
• Superb organization, detail-orientation, and project management skills.
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and design skills; experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, and internal collaboration sites.
• Ability to flex and pivot quickly based on priority shifts.
• Proven experience in influencing business and technology leadership.
• Solid understanding of program and project management principles.
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to think creatively and drive innovation.
