About the position

Responsibilities

  • Drive project teams and deliver projects aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop relationships and mentor staff while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and transmit New Business Proposals to internal audiences.
  • Conduct workshops to translate knowledge and strategic wisdom within the organization.
  • Assess business potential through various evaluations including market opportunity and financial risks.
  • Develop actionable go-to-market plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Identify target user segments and determine necessary requirements for business growth.
  • Conduct comparative analysis of innovation and technology pace internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus MBA or equivalent work experience.
  • 15 years of experience in a corporate environment, particularly in developing and launching new business ventures.
  • Strong business model development and simulation skills, including financial modeling and market size projection.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and critical thinking skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of company division/department functions and project management skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Monte Carlo simulation tools.
