This role plays a key part in supporting our Corporate Trust program, navigating the business through systems implementation, as well as mapping and aligning critical business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting directly with business partners to identify pain points and opportunities, and design systems solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include leading business refinement sessions to analyze and document current and future states in collaboration with the product owner.
