DECKED is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead CAE/Hardware Test & Validation Engineer to spearhead our efforts in ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of our DECKED products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer-aided engineering (CAE), as well as experience in physical testing and validation. They should also have a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality results. In this role, you will be crucial in assisting product development from concept to production by utilizing advanced simulation and testing techniques. You will support the Product Development Hardware Engineering Team through virtual product testing, managing the Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), and conducting physical testing on pre-production products. Additionally, you will ensure that DECKED’s internal correlation is developed as we progress with our products and assist in building a CAE/Test & Validation team to support the growth of this division within the business.
