About the position

The Lead Care Pro and Office Assistant role at Home Instead involves providing leadership and support to Care Pros while also managing office tasks. This hybrid position requires a blend of fieldwork and administrative duties, ensuring compliance and quality assurance for Care Pros, as well as assisting with client care plans and office operations.

Responsibilities

• Cover shifts as needed for fill-in shifts, open schedules, and new client schedules.
• Become familiar with care plans for new and existing clients through shadow or independent shifts within the client home.
• Conduct Care Pro introductions for new and existing Care Pros.
• Lead shadow shifts with new and existing Care Pros.
• Backup to answering office phones.
• Provide HR portion of Orientation on Day 1 for all new hires.
• Back-up trainer for personal care section of Orientation Day 2 for all new hires.
• Be a leader for all Care Pros in the field.
• Be an ambassador for Home Instead, always maintaining professionalism.
• Assist with Care Pro Compliance for DL and auto insurance.
• Assist with Care Pro file audits.
• Enter Care Pro QA tasks for new hires.
• Complete Care Pro QA calls as needed.
• Answer office phones.
• Document tasks in WellSky.
• Create client and Care Pro binders.

Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft Excel (1 year preferred).
• Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
• Experience in Microsoft Word (1 year preferred).
• Ability to relocate to Vero Beach, FL 32960 before starting work (preferred).
