In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Lead Career Coach will deliver skills training in various areas, including software applications, work readiness skills, and basic remedial skills in math and reading. Developing presentation and facilitation skills is crucial for engaging students and helping them meet program goals. The role also includes delivering program curriculum and objectives in both classroom and simulated workplace environments. Job development is another key aspect of this position, requiring the Lead Career Coach to connect with employers and community organizations regularly. This connection is vital for marketing the program and enhancing the success of participants. Identifying and recruiting the target population of clients and employers is also part of the responsibilities, along with managing data and paperwork efficiently.
