About The Position
The LEAD Case Manager at Baltimore Crisis Response, INC is responsible for supporting and empowering participants of the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) program. This role focuses on helping individuals access community resources to enhance their recovery, health, and overall well-being, while preventing their entry or re-entry into the criminal justice system, psychiatric hospitalization, or homelessness. The position requires collaboration with law enforcement and community partners to ensure effective integration of participants into the community.
