The Change Management Lead position in Baltimore, MD, is a contract role focused on developing and executing change management strategies for a large organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute the Change Management project plan.
  • Perform foundational analysis and develop change management and strategic communication plans.
  • Develop and deliver training strategies and plans, including communication and training materials.
  • Build credible relationships with agencies and colleagues, including team members and project leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on navigating change and strategic communication.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the team's methodology and practices.
  • Contribute as an engaged team member in community discussions and support other consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Six years of Organizational Change Management experience with a solid understanding of fundamental methods and deliverables.
  • Experience leading enterprise change management efforts for a large organization.
  • Familiarity with HR business processes and information systems.
  • Prosci, SHRM, or equivalent certifications.
  • Knowledge of Articulate or similar applications for online training creation.
  • Experience with Learning Management systems.
  • Experience leading teams.
