This role is pivotal in the design, development, and management of civil engineering projects, particularly focusing on water treatment and stormwater systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential, as this position requires creating detailed, accurate, and high-quality engineering designs and plans. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of engineers and technicians in the design, planning, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
• Utilize expertise in water treatment and stormwater systems to develop effective and sustainable solutions.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed, accurate, and high-quality engineering designs and plans.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure projects are carried out in accordance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Continually review and update engineering processes and methodologies for continual improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, with a focus on water treatment and stormwater systems.
• P.E. (Professional Engineer) certification is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage a team and oversee complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex engineering concepts clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering and construction.
