About the position

The Lead Cloud Architect at Inspira Financial will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable solutions. The architect will work within an Agile framework to enhance developer experience and productivity, while ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud architectures that meet business objectives.
  • Work in an Agile framework to identify and automate solutions for enhanced developer experience.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing projects and processes.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and assessments for optimization and performance improvement.
  • Define and maintain architectural principles, patterns, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in solution architecture.
  • Support the stability and resiliency of production processes.
  • Maintain and upgrade deployment platforms using Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Troubleshoot AKS cluster-based issues and deployment through ADO pipeline.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software or solution architecture roles.
  • 10-15 years of computer system experience in systems development and support.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization's technology stack.

  • Related certifications (e.g. AZ-900, AZ-305)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
