About the position

The IT CMDB Lead Business Process Consultant plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This position requires close collaboration with the IT Service Now System Admin, Platform, and Process Owners to ensure adherence to standardized configuration management methodologies. The consultant will facilitate the development of policies and processes that govern the management of configuration items (CIs) within the CMDB.
