About the position

The Senior Maintenance Reliability Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and processes within the organization. This position is fully onsite in Carrollton, GA, and requires a local candidate. The successful candidate will lead teams in the implementation and development of preventative maintenance activities aimed at enhancing equipment reliability. This role involves not only overseeing maintenance operations but also actively participating in the repair of electrical and mechanical systems. The Senior Maintenance Reliability Manager will ensure that all industrial machinery adheres to relevant electrical codes, manuals, schematics, and blueprints, thereby maintaining compliance and safety standards. In addition to leading maintenance teams, the Senior Maintenance Reliability Manager will collaborate closely with operational teams to identify and resolve equipment and process deficiencies. This may involve modifying existing processes to improve efficiency and reliability. The role requires a hands-on approach, as the manager will be responsible for diagnosing and replacing faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment as necessary. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in mechanical and manufacturing equipment, as well as extensive experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems and electronic controls.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to implement and develop preventative maintenance activities that ensure equipment and process reliability.
  • Assist employees with the repair of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Collaborate with operation teams to resolve equipment and process deficiencies and modify processes as needed.
  • Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • 5+ years of Maintenance Management experience.
  • Strong background supporting Mechanical and Manufacturing equipment.
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and electronic controls.
