Responsibilities

• Coordinates the Commercial response to terminal downtimes and planned maintenance.
• Collaborates with Terminal Planning and impacted Commercial groups to minimize customer impacts.
• Facilitates New Product Realization processes for adding products and terminals.
• Identifies improvement opportunities in existing processes and recommends implementations.
• Manages Commercial subscription services and budget, ensuring accurate payments and vendor negotiations.
• Leads discussions to promote consistent methodologies across operational systems and processes.
• Serves as a liaison between multiple groups to ensure project alignment and completion.
• Facilitates the Business Recovery Team and New Business Realization processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or five years of experience in lieu.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience required.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
