As a Lead Compensation Analyst at Dycom Industries, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the compensation strategies that drive our workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, analyze, and report on compensation data, providing critical insights to Dycom leadership to inform decisions regarding our compensation philosophy and practices. This position requires a deep understanding of compensation structures and the ability to manage complex, high-profile compensation-related projects effectively. In this role, you will assist with the administration of various employee compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and long-term incentive pay. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and Operations, to ensure that our compensation offerings are competitive and equitable. You will also be responsible for planning, administering, and executing all annual compensation cycle activities, serving as a resource for management to help them make informed decisions. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you conduct market analysis and work with Talent Acquisition and management to align our compensation offerings with market trends and internal equity. You will manage and execute complex projects related to all facets of compensation, providing high-level customer service to HR leads, management, and employees. This includes counseling on best practices, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring quick resolution of inquiries and concerns. Additionally, you will evaluate jobs to ensure they are appropriately slotted within Dycom's job architecture and salary structure, review FLSA status for appropriate classifications, and assist in the development and maintenance of job profiles. Your role will also involve providing reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking to ensure compliance with Dycom's compensation philosophy and to understand market and internal compensation trends. You will participate in compensation surveys, compile data, conduct analyses, and present your findings to stakeholders.
