About The Position
The Concierge Lead is a working concierge responsible for providing first-class customer service to residents, family members, and guests of Asbury Methodist Village. This position is responsible for the daily concierge tasks within the community and will assist the Residential Living team with duties to include maintaining the concierge schedule, managing Kronos, the Manager on Duty process, and new resident orientation.
