Join Our Team as a Lead Consultant (Instructional Designer)! Exciting Opportunity Awaits! Are you ready to make an impact and drive success? We're seeking a talented and motivated Lead Consultant (Instructional Designer) to join our dynamic team at Mosaic. If you thrive on designing and delivering top-notch workforce consulting solutions, this is the perfect role for you! This role is hybrid (remote with the ability to travel to client site in Central and Northern California ~80-100%). As a Lead Consultant, you will develop innovative deliverables to address our clients' workforce consulting needs. Collaborating with subject matter experts and development professionals, you'll create content, learning objectives, assessments, and interactive elements. Your expertise may cover areas like business processes, utility and energy concepts, or enterprise resource planning software. Key competencies for this role include integrity, client success, excellence, accountability, and collaboration. You will be responsible for developing performance support materials, training solutions, and job aids, collaborating with analysts on curriculum revisions and content updates, facilitating client meetings and working sessions, and ensuring consistent quality deliverables. This position requires proven experience with ERP, CRM, SCM, asset management, or work management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Maximo, PragmaCAD, Copper Leaf, PowerPlan). You should have advanced skills in training design, development, and delivery, with a track record of creating and presenting a range of training and documentation materials. Additionally, demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with both small- and large-scale project teams, including effective client relationship management, is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, English, Business, or a related field are preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with both small- and large-scale project teams, including effective client relationship management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for adapting to changing priorities, managing multiple tasks, and making informed decisions based on data and goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong oral and written communication, leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence and guide teams and clients across various organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, English, Business, or a related field preferred.
