The Lead Consultant in Professional Services at AT&T is a senior-level role responsible for leading technical projects and architecting solutions for clients. The consultant will engage in consultative activities, assess network environments, and create cohesive deliverables while following established methodologies. The role also involves mentoring junior consultants and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical primary project lead and architect for consulting engagements.
• Lead consultative engagements, assessing network environments and architecting designs for data center and network solutions.
• Create meaningful and cohesive deliverables for clients.
• Participate in or facilitate status meetings and report project status.
• Complete all administrative tasks, reports, and mandatory compliance training on time.
• Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and participate in National Practice operations and process improvement calls.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and share knowledge with others.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in planning, design, and implementation of complex networks.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or PMP.
• Strong leadership, documentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate complex networking engagements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SDN technologies and IoT.
• F5 experience for load balancing.
• Experience with network virtualization technologies.
