Lead Consultant- System Tester QA

Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- System Tester QA. When building software, we will be going through many stages from initial requirements to going live, it's important to ensure that everything works according to specification. We are looking for a quality assurance engineer to help us maintain our elevated level of quality. QA tester will seek bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they are dealt with.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic trouble shooting encompassing multiple variables and unknowns to achieve root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Conduct experiments and diagnostic tests, as required to draw conclusions.
• Perform Xray generation software and hardware evaluation and implement plans using knowledge of product, system operation, inter module interactions, engineering tools, and interactive software tools as required.
• Serve as the technical expert on new product introductions by providing feedback to engineering and manufacturing personnel as new products are developed and new procedures are implemented.
• Utilize basic technical communications throughout the new product cycle to improve internal models and/or externally sourced components in terms of system performance, reliability, functionality, and serviceability.
• Provide evaluation, constructive feedback and leadership in the development of internal and external engineering, manufacturing, or service documentation.
• Execute training plans as required.
• Provide technical assistance by telephone or in person to customers, field service personnel, or suppliers as needed.
• May travel to customer sites to assist in system level installations, problem resolution and diagnostics as required.
• Limited direction is given in the execution of job related activities.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MTech/ Associates degree, or a High School diploma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Software Testing.

Nice-to-haves

• Good & Proven Experience in Testing background.
• Advanced proficiency to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level, using identifiable problem-solving techniques and previous experience.
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from test data, malfunctions, or deviations, and implement corrections to the existing design or process.
• Advanced proficiency to understand and interpret complex technical information.
• Demonstrated proficiency to utilize and modify computerized work systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information.
• Demonstrate an ongoing effort to maintain knowledge of current technology.
• Ability to communicate using local language.

Benefits

• The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $55000 to $68500.
• The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
