About the position

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Lead Content Designer to join our team at Mythical Games and contribute to the success of our NFL-branded mobile game, NFL Rivals. This is an individual contributor role with significant opportunities to create impact from the ground level. The Lead Content Designer will focus primarily on content design and creation, while also being involved in systems design and balancing. This position requires collaboration with a close-knit, cross-disciplinary team, and the individual will work closely with our Business Development team, with potential opportunities to present to the NFL Players Association. Additionally, the role involves engaging in data entry and data manipulation tasks, proactively improving processes, and maintaining high documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Focus primarily on content design and creation.
• Involvement in systems design and balancing.
• Collaborate with a close-knit, cross-disciplinary team.
• Work closely with the Business Development team.
• Potential opportunities to present to the NFL Players Association.
• Engage in data entry and data manipulation tasks.
• Proactively improve processes and maintain high documentation standards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of American football and the NFL, with a willingness to continue learning in this area.
• Experience in live service and/or mobile gaming.
• Strong documentation skills.
• High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including work with queries and macros.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Google Looker
• Knowledge of SQL
• Public speaking experience.
