Responsibilities
- Lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparations including food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up.
- Read and follow company recipes accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work well in a structured correctional environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts between 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- Clearance approval into the facility.
