About The Position

The Lead Curriculum Coordinator at Illinois Central College is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the curriculum, including the software that supports it. This role serves as the primary contact for various departments utilizing the Student Integrated System (SIS) and acts as the communication link to the college's Curriculum Committee. Key responsibilities include process analysis, system configuration, training, and maintaining accurate course and program files with the Illinois Community College Board (ICCB).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an educational or computer-related field, or an associate's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and 5 years of experience in an academic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional oversight and monitoring of the curriculum software.
• Serve as the primary contact for departments using the Student Integrated System (SIS).
• Communicate with the college's Curriculum Committee regarding curriculum software needs.
• Conduct process analysis and system update development.
• Provide training and support for curriculum software users.
• Maintain the Course Master file and Program Master File with the ICCB.
• Ensure accuracy of curriculum data in relation to college records.
