About the position

The Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst at AXS is a pivotal role focused on driving revenue growth through data-driven conversion optimization strategies. This position involves analyzing website performance, identifying conversion barriers, and implementing strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. The Lead Analyst will work closely with various teams to align CRO initiatives with business objectives and contribute to impactful projects that shape AXS's digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive CRO strategies leveraging data insights to identify and address conversion opportunities.
  • Present strategic recommendations to leadership to align CRO initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Establish and refine streamlined processes, governance models, and testing frameworks to efficiently scale CRO efforts.
  • Monitor and report on weekly & monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to CRO, conversion rates, ROI, frustration scores, NPS, and LTV.
  • Design and oversee the execution of A/B and multivariate tests, personalization strategies, and experimentation to optimize digital properties.
  • Utilize A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to inform and guide CRO initiatives.
  • Forecast and react to market trends, ideating user journey optimization initiatives, and prioritizing new features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to align CRO strategies and ensure cohesive execution of optimization strategies and A/B testing.
  • Synthesize data from in-depth analysis of user behavior, session replays, A/B testing results, and other relevant data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Marketing or Economics.
  • 4-6 years managing large scale testing and personalization initiatives.
  • 4-6 years relevant experience driving personalization and testing efforts using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio.
  • 2-4 years deep experience with web tagging end to end, from defining the data layer to instrumenting in Adobe Tag Manager or GTM to analyzing results.
  • In-depth understanding of segmentation and targeting, with experience in A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Test & Target.
  • Demonstrated experience running simultaneous personalized experiences.
  • Experience with UX design, wireframing, and usability principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on tracking and improving KPIs.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and collaboration in team environments.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify challenges and solutions.
  • Strong project management experience, with often changing priorities and timelines.

  • Experience with eCommerce best practices.
  • Familiarity with user behavior analysis techniques.
  • Experience collaborating with C-level executives and technical teams.
