About The Position

Requirements

• 2-5 years of housekeeping/event setups experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of a team of 3-10 housekeeping staff in assigned buildings.
• Perform quality control inspections of custodial work to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, public corridors, offices, classrooms, and other facilities to expected standards.
• Operate heavy-duty custodial equipment and perform various cleaning tasks including vacuuming, scrubbing, and polishing.
• Assist with event coverage, including setup and teardown as needed.
• Maintain custodial equipment and work areas, ensuring they are clean and organized.
• Respond to emergency cleanups and urgent tasks as required, including snow and ice removal.
