Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and achievement of sales goals.
  • Drive sales and profit by developing the selling skills of the Selling Specialists through training.
  • Create a friendly environment and respond to customer needs directly or through associates.
  • Resolve customer service issues and support associates in delivering exceptional service.
  • Oversee store sales associates and manage day-to-day front-line supervision.
  • Complete markdown processes accurately and timely according to company standards.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS register system.
  • Recommend and assist customers in locating merchandise based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to organize marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Build rapport with customers and team to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain sales-floor standards, including cleanliness and presentation.
  • Participate in training for new company programs and technologies.
  • Model and coach selling behaviors to meet key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to drive sales and establish client relationships.
  • Experience in training and coaching associates on selling behaviors.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
