The Lead Customer Service Associate at Zips Car Wash is responsible for creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for customers while leading a team to deliver exceptional service. This role involves direct interaction with customers, promoting services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
- Engage customers while selling and promoting the Unlimited Wash Club.
- Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.
- Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests.
- Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs beautifully.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the site.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Positive attitude is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous car wash industry experience.
- Previous leadership experience.
