About the position

As a Lead Cybersecurity Operations Analyst at Foundation Risk Partners, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's information systems. This position involves leading a team of security operations analysts, managing security incidents, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the protection and integrity of digital assets while collaborating with various IT and business units to integrate security measures throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of security operations analysts, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the identification, investigation, and resolution of security incidents.
• Conduct thorough analysis of security threats and vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate countermeasures.
• Manage and enhance security monitoring tools and processes to detect and respond to threats in real-time.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and mitigation efforts to senior management.
• Work closely with other IT and business units to integrate security measures into all aspects of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, incident response, threat analysis, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 in a corporate setting.

• Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
