  • Lead strategic projects and priorities to ensure successful completion of key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security (preferred).
  • 5-8 years of related experience in the cybersecurity field.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and defense mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term cybersecurity strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in optimizing cybersecurity operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring.
  • Strong capability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance cybersecurity measures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
