About the position

The Lead Cybersecurity Risk Management role at AT&T is focused on enhancing the company's cybersecurity posture through strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity measures.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to manage cybersecurity risks.
  • Lead strategic projects and priorities to ensure successful completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security (preferred).
  • 5-8 years of related experience in the cybersecurity field.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and defense mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term cybersecurity strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in optimizing cybersecurity operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring.
  • Strong capability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
