About the position

As a Lead Cybersecurity at AT&T, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and stability of applications and infrastructure. This position involves proactive monitoring, analysis, and resolution of issues in production environments, collaborating with development teams and clients to maintain optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, security, and operations, with a focus on implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze application operations and client support investigations.
  • Execute Tier 2 tasks and investigations for specific issues.
  • Develop scripts to enhance performance for SailPoint backend tasks.
  • Evaluate log files for transaction investigations and application health.
  • Support Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) deployment execution.
  • Implement and maintain tools, processes, and best practices for application security.
  • Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate requirements into the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain procedures to ensure platform efficiency and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or Cyber Security preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of security principles and technologies.
  • Experience with the SailPoint platform.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, HTML, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) and cloud networking.
  • Understanding of encryption, authentication, and access control best practices.
