About the position

The Data Architect leader will play a crucial role in developing a data and analytics delivery team that utilizes modern data technologies to create analytics and AI/ML solutions for clients. This position involves leading the design and development of scalable data architectures, partnering with business stakeholders to define analytics requirements, and architecting end-to-end data pipelines. The role requires staying updated on trends in analytics and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key leader in the development of a data and analytics delivery team.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance data architectures.
• Partner with business development teams and stakeholders to define analytics requirements.
• Lead data platform assessments and determine work breakdown for data lake and warehouse implementations.
• Architect end-to-end data pipelines and workflows for large volumes of data.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in analytics, big data, AI, and ML.

Requirements

• Extensive data architecture and analytics experience in industry and consulting roles.
• Experience in consulting and leadership positions supporting delivery teams.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, architecture design, and integration techniques.
• Expertise in data management practices including data governance and quality.
• Experience with cloud-based data services and platforms like Snowflake and AWS.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and modern analytics technologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Relevant certifications such as DataBricks Lakehouse Badge and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
