About The Position
As the Lead Data Engineer for Machine Learning Operations, you will spearhead and take ownership of the MLOps initiatives within Business Insurance Analytics and Research. Your primary goal will be to accelerate the model lifecycle through various enhancements, including the development of reusable templates and components, automation, and other technical proofs of technology (POTs) as necessary. This role encompasses both traditional machine learning deployments and advanced artificial intelligence processes, such as imagery, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs). Given the rapidly evolving nature of the MLOps landscape, you will be required to continuously reassess current and future capabilities to ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
